Thread Chek 2000 - Analog

Thread Chek 2000 - Analog

The analog version of the TC2000 thread verification system is similar to the digital version (see TC2000 Digital) except that it does not have a digital display, relay contact or thumbwheel switch.

Instead, the analog thread verification system puts out a +-5V analog signal. This signal should be connected to an analog input on a PLC or computer. During calibration the PLC or computer records the readings from the good and bad parts and records the set point for determining a bad part. In production the readings from each thread checking module are compared to their set points and the PLC or computer accepts or rejects the part.

As with the TC2000 Digital system the analog thread verification system can work on a single part or multiple parts simultaneously. It can also be used to verify the presence of snap ring grooves, splines, keyways, gear teeth, etc. as well as presence and orientation of bearings, washers, weldnuts, bushings, etc.
